9:15-10:00am–Grand Rounds Lecture: “DAMPs and Glaucomatous Trabecular Meshwork Damage,” Colleen Mary McDowell, PhD (Host: Douglas Gould, PhD)

  • Describe the role of TGFb2 and TLR4 signaling in development of ocular hypertension
  • Identify DAMP activators of TLR4
  • Describe a novel mouse model of ocular hypertension
