  • Describe basic astrocyte physiology and methods for its measurement/manipulation in the CNS
  • Appreciate population-level impacts of astrocytes on a cortical circuit
  • Describe the role of astrocytic GPCR signaling in the regulation of sleep in mammalian cortex
