Postdoctoral Associate in Genetics and Biology of Ocular Diseases

We are looking for motivated candidates with an interest in understanding the causes and mechanisms of human ocular diseases with a focus on glaucoma. The successful candidate will work in a collegial, interdisciplinary research environment and integrate the use of animal models, genetics, genomics, molecular biology, cell-biology and physiology based experiments. The lab is supported by funds from the NIH and other foundations. As a university policy, the salary and stipend levels follow the current NIH/NRSA scale with additional housing allowance. UCSF provides quality on-campus housing and related services to postdocs.
